Excellent!
I love the new features! I haven’t had any issues with it, and I like how much I can do within this single app.
Poor loan support for customers.
I have a car loan (since 2021). I do not keep money in a checking account with you due to the distance I now live away from a hard location. I have never experience such poor payment availability online or application related! You have no support that allows me to make a payment from an external account and you’ve now eliminated “REPAY” as an option. I will be refinancing my loan away from you. I will NEVER recommend to anyone else to use your CU, or use your services myself once that is completed.
I’m switching banks!
Last month I couldn’t pay my bills until I spent 45 minutes on the phone with a customer service agent getting registered for the new bill pay site. One month later and I doesn’t recognize my log in credentials. Tried to change my password and it changed the password for the other site instead. And I can’t pay my bills. Again. Of course the have ridiculous contact hours. I’m done with this bank. I’ll take my business to a bank that cares about its customers.
