UPDATE!

I was upset that for some reason it wouldn’t let me contact support and I didn’t have a way of getting my deposit match. Well I left a review and someone contacted me with info to message them so they could make this right. Honestly for someone to take the time to make my experience a good one means a lot they actually care about their customers. To be honest it doesn’t matter about the deposit match it matter they actually take time out their day to make one person happy. Deff try this app best customer service 🤙🏼

I was told I would get deposit match and it never didnt match my deposit and now it keeps saying error when I try to contact support. Betting on this app is good but not being able to get help with an app is not cool. If anyone from the app reads this I would love to be contacted from support!

Better than PrizePicks and Underdog

First of all, they have better lines than most apps. Prize picks will have kareem hunt O 14 Rush Attempts while Chalkboard had him at 12.5. They void all players that get injured in the first half of the game and don’t return in the second half. And if you had that player under, it will still hit! And they have better payouts. Some apps will give you x3 on a 2 man no matter the odds while chalkboard matches the odds of the props. For Example. On todays game of the Steelers vs Jets, I have Davante Adams & George Pickens over 4.5 Receptions each. On prizepicks the props are 5.0 receptions and payout 3x , while on chalkboard the payout is 3.42x and with better lines. This app is GREAT.

App and Customer Service is a JOKE

I’ve had multiple conversations with multiple different customer service reps. Who all they could do when asking about problems was say “Again, sorry for the inconvenience. As I said, I do not have any involvement in those areas, but the team is working extremely hard to fix these issues right now. Hopefully the issues will resolve soon” over and over never actually answering questions or providing help or any insight just “I’m sorry but it’s not my fault hope it gets better soon” this app doesn’t have a problem bumping lines up or down IT JUST REMOVES THEM FROM YOUR SLIP WHILE ABOUT TO PLACE IT then customer service just says “maybe they got injuries keep checking” every single other line for the player is up except that favorable line. This service is APPALLING!!! Never recommending app ESPN has a good promo right now and FanDuel and Draftkings aren’t terrible to use and their customer service provides answers or free promo bets when their app messes up not just empty promises/apologies.
