    Ok! Best I’ve seen so far as for price and features… some of the stuff that giving for the price other apps wanna charge extra. That alone set this app apart from those guys.. so far everything that I’ve tried is working so far, so good! Only thing that I’m hopping they do, is add a option to make fonts or text msg bigger as for now you need 20/20 to read chat.. and also a mass delete button.. rite now I have to keep up with deleting msg or I’ll be overloaded with pass texts n call logs…/ if that’s ever updated to y’all will have my full stars and loyalty..?????Well was loving it till wake up to this morning it locked me out, no warning, couldn’t get no one.. so I was forced to move on to another. Sorry.. hope y’all have better luck than me..

  • Missing key features

    I switched away from Google Voice for business and ported my phone over to Chalkboard and am saving a bundle. I love the product because it lets me and my partners truly share 1 phone number across multiple devices to better manage the CRM side of our business. It’s missing a few KEY features to get 5 stars.1. Notification badges - this is a must. I’ve been less than responsive to some clients because wi didn’t see the pop up notification when a message came in…I REALLY need those badges!2. Text is VERY small and cannot be adjusted. Please add support for dynamic text size.3. I need a web version so I can use this on my laptop. I often do much of my business work there and it’s disruptive to have to go back and forth between laptop and phone.4. Mass delete messages5. Spell check seems to be British?? Let the OS spell check…the app doesn’t need to provide this. For example, if I type the name “Mark”, it suggests “Marc”. If I type “color”, it suggests “colour”.

  • It could be better

    I have a hard time looking at my messages and I’ve contacted Support but I haven’t had a resolution to the problem yet. It’s been going on for some time and I’ve contacted support a few times. Also, when media comes in, I can’t see it or save it. That is a good. Also, I can’t increase the screen size so I can actually see the text message. So having a bit of trouble with it even though I’ve had it for a while. Thanking about getting rid of it.

  • Complicated

    While I want to like the app, I find it confusing to go through the process of applying to text only to have to provide a n ad or example of how I would advertise. I don’t advertise. I use this as a business adjunct and my clients are assigned to me by the Courts. So while google may be pricey , it it’s not counterintuitive nor does it complicate things.

    Thanks for your review - unfortunately the requirement to register for outbound messaging in the US is now set in place by The Campaign Registry and the US networks, so it's out of our hands. We do hope the process improves and speeds us over time to improve the user experience.

  • Can use improvements

    While this is great as an extra line, sometimes I’m seeing occasional missed calls and text messages that I wasn’t alerted to. I’ve checked my phone settings to make sure my alerts are on. Yet I’m finding missed messages only after launching the app.

  • Having issues with the app

    I signed up thinking this will be great and easy to send review requests to my clients. However, my clients are either getting a bad link that they can’t access or it’s not even sending anything to the mobile number. Must be some bugs with the application. I have emailed them to try and find out why these issues are happening. I would love to have this app work but as of now very disappointed.
