Motivate yourself by sharing snapshots and proving that you've completed the challenge. Exercise regularly and increase your streak, which we will reward you with for your perseverance. FRIENDS: - Connect with people you know. - Search for users and send them a friend request. - It's often more fun and easier to get started and keep going with friends. CHALLENGES: - Choose a category from running, through cycling to gym training. - Set a deadline, invite participants, and exercise together. SNAPSHOTS: - It has been proven that people try harder when they don't want to disappoint their partner or want to achieve a similar performance. - We use this principle when you add a photo after you’ve completed the challenge to inspire others. DON'T STOP IMPROVING: - Increase your streak by regularly completing challenges and build a healthy habit of exercising. - A streak represents how many challenges you have completed in a row with a maximum gap of 3 days.
