Love the variety of baked treats! The coffee is nice and strong. The reward system is also easy to navigate and generous, which is a great incentive for returning. Service is usually good, though some of their regular staff can get slightly grouchy at times and not always friendly.
App Review, Not the Restaurant
Fascinating how reviews seem to always include the food but exclude the app. This is an App Store, and while it’s nice to hear about the quality of food and service, the Stars are useless if the app isn’t the primary source of the review.
Having said that, interface seems adequate but a no-go for storing credit card info. Please bring on Apple Pay for convenience and security. Even though card companies have gotten better at stopping fraud, it’s still a pain to: (1) wait and receive a replacement card; and more importantly, (2) it is highly inconvenient to have to enter and/or update cards for each non-Apple Pay accepting app.
Not being able to use mobile ordering – which, currently requires me to save a credit card (NOPE!) – is an inconvenience and a loss to the vendor because mobile payment users tend to purchase more items or more often for the sheer convenience. The tech exists to use the more secure mobile payment tech like Apple Pay: deploy it, please.
Unresponsive company and glitchy app
I loaded $25 from my bank to the app so that I could order directly there and every time I try to check out, there’s an error that refuses to process the order. I know money went out because I checked my bank statement. So I haven’t been able to use the rewards program or order anything since early November. Seriously?! I’ve written to corporate repeatedly and tried to get a number to call but I have not gotten any response whatsoever. So unprofessional and makes me not want to trust them with my business and definitely not with my card if they can’t be bothered to correct a bug or even respond to my complaints.
