I had spent far to many years with a well-known bank that in the last few years began to steal from me. It’s hard to wrap my head around such behavior as I grew up in a country that one would never even consider that an American business would steal from anyone. First, I got hacked. It was and still is a terrible thing to happen. Chase, my former bank, blamed me and refused to give me any of my money back. Not only did they clear out all my accounts, but used my credit cards that had zero balances until they were maxed out. Then, fouir months later, the(Chase) allowed every cent in my checking account to be sent to a woman who I never heard of via Zelle. I did not deal with Zelle and had informed Chase of that months before. Once again, no money returned. I am a disabled Senior and losing my money twice in six months has really hurt. Finally I closed that account and found Charlie. They are spot on. They do exactly what they say, sand they are kind. I am delighted to have found them and encourage all Seniors to support them!

They were so easy to sign up for. They took care of everything with Social Security. I just gave them my information and they did the rest. I used to get my Check every 4th Wed of the month now I get it every Friday before Wed. If any of you are like me who is on a tight budget getting that check each month 6 days early has truly helped me. You can pay bills on line now because with Charlie you get a routing number & with that they will pay your bills that require a bank number. Some we can pay with our Depit card & some places want a routing number. What ever the case Charlie is always there when you need them. I’m 74 yrs old & that is so important to me.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I called Charlie’s customer service because I was having issues with my debit card not knowing that I was the one who was in the wrong. I was trying to buy a gift card & when I couldn’t I called.My account was flagged as fraudulent because I did not know that using it to buy crypto was not allowed. So once all was cleared up I was able to access my money through. Thanks to the attention & patience of this beautiful lady called Luna. I totally appreciated that they looked out for me though it was my fault all along. Lesson learned…. Totally grateful!!!!
