Good but...
Good but needs to support private use area symbols/glyph/ligature names for NerdFonts. As they are quite popular. As is, it doesn't return or display the name for private use area symbols/glyph/ligature like Font Book does, even if font author named them. So, can't search for them.

NerdFont uses custom range for characters, but I will add this range into next release. Although if different fonts use different ranges I will have to find them all manually.
Looks nothing like this...
I just bought this app as I need a good character map to see what characters are available for different fonts... well first it looks nothing like this, it is not dark it's light and I cant find a preference to make it dark so that's false advertising. Second I cant see where I can select a font??? what good is that? Anyway save your money or spend more and get a more robusts product.

In new version there will be font selection with auto filtering by Unicode character set. Thank you for suggestion
Waste of money
I bought the app so I can use the special characters of the fonts I download. I go right to the private use area and click a character I want and just get a question mark in the selection area. Its been the same with all the fonts I downloaded. What a waste!
