Chatbot: Ask AI Chat Bot 12+

For about three days I was an able to speak into a mic and GPT4.o responded verbally. It was great as I am not a fast or accurate typist. I interacted with Chat GPT 4.o a lot more than when I have to type. Where did that function go, or was I hallucinating? And why doesn’t 4.5 appear in my list?

One-Star Review: Very Frustrating Experience

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had to after this experience. The assistant didn’t listen to what I was saying, and it was honestly so frustrating. I would ask a simple question, and the responses were all over the place. Instead of helping with what I needed, it just gave me random answers that didn’t even make sense.

At one point, I was talking about something completely normal, and the assistant kept giving mixed replies, making everything more confusing. It felt like I was being misunderstood, and the assistant didn’t make any effort to correct it. I ended up wasting more time trying to explain myself than actually getting any help.

I also didn’t like how the conversation kept switching topics. I’d bring up one thing, and the assistant would suddenly talk about something totally unrelated. I wanted answers, but instead, I was given a lot of back-and-forth and confusion. It honestly didn’t feel like the assistant was paying attention to me at all.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I was hoping for a useful conversation, but I didn’t get that. I ended up feeling more frustrated than when I started, and I definitely won’t be coming back. If you're looking for real help, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

This is not CHATGPT ChatBOT. I purchased this no less than 30-45min ago and realized my mistake that this is not a CHATGPT product. Deceptive adverstising and I fell for it unfortunately. I also tried the chat feature and it's no where close to the level in response or assistance that ChatGPT is. I'm requesting a refund, because product does not function as described, nor is it the product I thought I purchased. I doubt I'll get my money back and will never fall for this type of deceptive tactics again. Plan to contact my Attorney General if a refund is not provided. Hopefully the company surprises me and are reasonable. Would not recommend this product to anyone.

Hi, We never claim that we are official ChatGPT. The app is powered by ChatGPT. We are using OpenAI APIs. We are a stand alone app and have a separate identity. You can contact Apple Support for a refund because the App Store manages all payments and refunds. Thank you!
