Unable to spend store credit 😭😭
There's an option on the app to load money onto your cha time wallet for a discount so I did, but there's NO way to spend it either in-app or in-person. I've asked several cha time employees and NONE of them know how to use it!!! SO SAD 😭😭😭😭

Has anyone figured out how to actually order??!
Everything I click “order” and select a store, it only gives me store information and no where to actually order
Unusable
Can’t open the app anymore??? It just crashes when I try to open it and I checked to make sure it didn’t need an update I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling but nope? So I love the store and teas but this app makes me upset
