Chatmate
Quite slow and sometimes responds only after a few attempts. The connection to the iPhone via the QR scanner is ingenious. The unavailability to transmit photos is a major drawback.
Clearly superior indeed...
Like another commentator said this app is clearly superior to the other WhatsApp programs for iPad available in the App Store. I have arguably tried most of the other apps available and this one is the best by far, personally.
Thanks and kudos to the designers... Keep the updates coming so you will maintain your edge over the others.
Ok but buggy
Basic issues seem to work ok, but there are several interface issues when used with a keyboard case on the iPad Pro. Switching to the emoji keyboard blanks out the whole screen and when typing with they keyboard there is extra white space on the screen. Also loses connection with the phone often, which delays notifications.
