➊ Deeplinks —Really wish there was a way copy a deeplink to specific memos in Cheatsheet so it would be easier to reference and open them from another app in Cheatsheet app from elsewhere on my iPhone and Mac such as from Notes for example. ➋ More unicode type characters please —Issues with some unicode type characters found in UniChar.

Thanks for the feedback! Most widgets do have an option to show multiple lines of text, if you press-and-hold the widget and then select Edit Widget from the menu. If you need more of a walkthrough or run into other problems, please email adam@overdesigned.net so I can help you directly. Otherwise I hope this makes the app 5-stars for you!
Great "Today Screen" notes App.
Apps-junkie
This was the very 1st widget or lock/today screen app that I tried, and was so impressed that I downloaded several other widget apps for clocks, calendars, notes, etc. Cheatsheet became the standard by which other note widgets got judged, and they all were proved to be inferior in some way & some got deleted after a few minutes of testing. You can select one of 49 simple icons to display as a "hint" of what the note contains. And you can select 1 of 3 layouts to display the icon & notes on your screen (an app even having settings options is unusual - most other developers must think "minimal" or "clean" means that an app should have no options or menu and the app should not be user friendly, and default settings should be "one size fits all". Wrong- I want to select several options from a menu & I want to change settings or select options). You don't have to settle for dull minimalism; you can even type colorful emoji characters in your notes. Ability to delete a note on the screen would be useful. As would simple editing while in "lock screen". Or a simple checklist/to-do list might be desired by some users.
Fantastic Product!

I am a real fan of Cheatsheet, both for my iPhone and my iPad. I can quickly tap and provide and personal contact info, including any of my several email addresses, but have also found it a convenient way to provide info for all of my vehicles, insurance info, and some other text that I have to provide repeatedly. It is far easier than Apple’s text replacement capability where you have to associate each replacement with a shortcut, which is always problematic if you happen to type this shortcut letters for anything else and the substitute text just appears, plus in Apple’s text replacement you cannot have line breaks (carriage returns). With Cheatsheet, I can access all of my stored text strings strings as a separate keyboard. It’s super easy and extremely convenient. Support for the product is also EXCELLENT! The developer is very responsive. Great job!!!
Sync can sometimes delete content

Very useful app, however it comes with a significant risk compared to using OneNote or Simplenote. While those aforementioned tools have been reliable through many difficult-connection scenarios, Cheatsheet fails during even the most optimal conditions if changes are made on 2 different devices before it gets around to syncing. This seems to lie in the sync solution it relies on, leaning on iCloud vs a native solution. This means that unless you remember to go and manually get the Sync button within settings, your app isn't syncing until around midnight when your device automatically backups the rest of iCloud's stuff. This is almost dealbreakingly detrimental if you want to use this as an app to keep everything in sync, as it leads to frequently *LOSING notes, at random. I shouldn't need to keep backups for a note app, the notes should BE the backup for proper documentation.

Thanks for the feedback! Syncing should be quick and continuous. If the app is not syncing reliably, please contact adam@overdesigned.net and I will walk you through a fix.
Bug fixes:
• Formatting Toolbar no longer uses Liquid Glass on iOS 26, though the glass style remains available in settings.
• Fixed: Editing a widget to select a cheat doesn't work on iOS 15-16.
• Fixed: "Find Cheats" shortcut may crash when search text includes special characters.
