Lost my data, can’t link Covid certificate

The subject line says it all. When I opened the app today, it had lost all my data —name, phone, email, and my vaccination certificate. The Medicare app thought the certificate was still linked, so I unlinked it in Medicare and tried to relonk it through the Medicare app and through my Safari browser via MyGov and Medicare, all with the same result. Of course, all my checking history is lost on the app as well. Whatever revision you did last failed. I am running the app on an iPhone 7 with the most current iOS operating system.
