How it works:
1) Download Check Box TM to an iPad, iPhone etc.
2) Create an admin account (provide each practice location’s information)
3) Create triage nurse and PRD (patient registration desk) user accounts.
4) Triage nurses and PRDs receive email w/login credentials.
5) Triage nurses and PRDs login and change their passwords.
6) PRDs register patients.
7) Triage nurses triage patients according to ESI level and assign patient rooms as appropriate.
8) Admin account can view PRD and Triage nurses and wait times on the app.
9) Admin logs into admin panel at www.checkedin.tech to view employee performance metrics, patient trends, and schedule non walk-in patient appointments. Admin may also communicate directly with patients via email to notify them of any updates to their appointment.
10) Wait times are published to Checked In, LLC TM where patients can easily find and choose healthcare increasing your practice visibility and patient satisfaction and reducing liability.
