You can choose from four check-in options:

How does the app notify my contacts?
The app sends text updates to your contacts based on the preferences you set for each person, so they only receive the alerts you choose for them:

- Help requests: Contacts receive instant alerts if you request help or report a problem.

Subscription Details
- CheckIn More offers auto-renewing subscription plans.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- When you start your subscription, you may receive a free trial. When the trail ends, you will be billed the full price of the subscription.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.
