At Chedraui, we work so you can do your grocery shopping with better benefits:
· Create your account with your email or social networks.
· Receive your pantry items at home or the office, or pick them up at your nearest store.
· Create lists of your favorite products.
· Use your MiChedraui wallet with every purchase: accumulate balance to pay for your next purchases.
· Get promotions and exclusive benefits with your MiChedraui wallet.
· Save your favorite store and your shipping addresses.
· Find the products available at your nearest store. If something's missing, we'll notify you when it's available.
· Choose your preferred payment method: bank cards (debit, credit, and digital), MiChedraui wallet, PayPal, pantry vouchers, BBVA points, cash on delivery or payment at associated establishments.
· Review your order history.
· Order your products the way you like them: add notes about the ripeness of the fruit, the cut of meat, size, weight, etc.
· Reserve pre-sale products and receive them before anyone else.
· If you had problems with your purchase, you can request a refund. (Restrictions apply)

I’ve been trying to pay for my order for over an hour…. 4 different ways. Just get error messages. Complete waste of time. 42 items in my cart and I can’t pay. Guess I’ll try Super Aki
Terrible app
Probably the most difficult company to buy something from online. Could not find the button to pay. Who doesn’t have a button to take someone’s money?
App and website do not work
Links do not work. Items cannot be added to cart. Item prices do not show. Cart does not update. App and website are both useless.
