I love the game but I’m really upset

What’s the point of adding dance moves if there only for premiere members? There’s almost no difference than how it was before the update, people kept saying to add dance moves in almost all the reviews and I was agreeing, and when you said you were working on adding some I was excited and ready to finally get dance moves on the game, and now that you added one, I can’t even use it because you only made it for premiere members, and even thought the first month is free, if I want to continue using the dance move along with the other cool moves you added, I have to pay 8 dollars every month, I’m really upset, and I wish we could at least see what the dance move and other moves you added look like even though we don’t have the premium, just to see if it’s worth buying, this is what I get for getting my hopes up.

Hi Patricia,
You actually can see the dance moves if you go watch routines in the Showcase screen because most of the routines built by the MVP level users have them by now. As for why these are for members only, we provide almost everything for free to everyone. To have the full experience you have the option to become a member, but you don't have to become a member to compete or do most things in the game. This is exactly how most game titles work. We are working very hard to build the best and most lifelike experience possible for a cheerleading game. Members need to appreciate that we are giving them good value for their subscription, and so there will always be features available to Premier members that won't be free to everyone. We understand that it is going to be impossible to make everyone happy, and we are sad that you are disappointed. Please write us at admin@blacksleevemedia.com and we can discuss this further if you like.

Wow

Okay, so I must admit I have never been a cheerleader or participated in gymnastics, but I have always been really interested as I have had lots of friends in the sport. I have always wondered why there weren’t more realistic cheer games out yet considering it’s 2022. This one is definitely on the way to being the best cheer game out there! I know this game is in constant development so of course there are gonna be some bugs, and not everything I would like to see right now (baskets, pyramids, longer tumbling passes), but it’s still a game I find myself coming back to constantly with what it has. Also it helps to see the constant updates and developer feedback here in the comments to reassure we are being heard. Suggestions from me would be to offer easier ways to unlock cheer moves since there aren’t really many right now, and then once there are more go back to earning them through competition or maybe figure a way to have a practice mode in which the cheerleaders have to drill skills a certain amount of times to unlock them. Also I would love to see more uniforms and a way for competition teams to not have to use the same music as other teams if you pay for songs. Keep up the great work y’all!

Hi MC Smith! Uniform color design mode is coming within the next week or so! Also we are starting to work on baskets! Motion capture for groups is a very meticulous process, so it is going to take a little bit. Andy Cosferent, from the CHEER show, is helping us this week get the motion information captured with some Navarro cheerleaders, so it will take a few weeks to process that data into the animations necessary. We'll get there though!!!

I love this game

I’m doing another review a year later because this game deserves it. This game has progressed throughout the last year and I absolutely love it. I want to throw a few suggestions out there. I wish we were able to compete with more than one team at a time preferably 3 or 4 (in our division elite, expert, MVP etc) just to make it more realistic. Also we should be able to have a cheer career, where we’re able to go to different competitions like bid comps, nca, uca, worlds etc. There should be a cheer career profile where we’re able to look at how many times we placed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd. Lastly, I would love to make the routines longer. I feel like I am not able to do much in my routines, especially since we have to use different elements to get a better score. By the time you incorporate different elements you don’t have time to do the running tumbling as a group or differently baskets and what not.

Developer Response ,

Hi Shaun! WOW that is a great idea about the leaderboards! All of these ideas are solid! We do have a new feature coming out soon where you will be able to compete with the player of your choosing and set an amount of points you want to risk. They will get a notification on their device that you challenged them. Then, if they accept your challenge, they will risk the same amount of points and then it will be winner take all!
