Extremely Disappointed!

I only gave a five star review right now because I want my review to be seen! There are plenty of banks out there nowadays. So these banks really had to step up their gameIn order to get people to use their bank. For instants they were doing a you sign up bonus. The entire reason why I signed up was for that bonus. And guess what I didn’t even get the bonus. I started the process before the referral program and bonus ended. they ran out of money. So anyone who did sign up for that bonus won’t get it if The money wasn’t deposited before the end date. Which we all know deposits can take multiple days even weeks. Personally it took over nine days for the money to move from one account to the Cheese account! Is that my fault no it’s the banks fault I emailed them all my information and basically all they said was sorry about your luck. I did download the app and get all signed up with the bank before this promotion ended . I did it before it ended! This $45 was too help my family so much. I was basically depending on the money I never got it so it really screwed me over. I really feel like they should honor the fact that I deposited $50 to get the $45 bonus they should really make an exception!

Angry as H. E. Double hockey sticks!!!! You can’t trust cheese with your Cheese!!!

As another reviewer I only put five stars so my review would be seen. I had money stolen from my account, recently for the second time. Cheese has horrible security and worse customer support and to add insult to injury the thief added themselves to my contacts in my cheese account and I can’t delete them! I contacted support on several occasions and their response was we can’t dispute transfers, even though I received an email after the thief stole money from my account which stated from Cheese: If you did not authorize this transaction use the link below for support and that’s just what I did, only to be ignored and receive no support or resolution. My account was hacked I had not used the person to person transfer but once in over a year to my husband no other person to person transactions. Now Cheese offers direct deposit DON’T DO IT!!!! Cheese does not value their customers, offers no real support and worst of all DOES NOT KEEP YOUR MONEY SAFE!!!! Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me! It should be called Swiss Cheese because it full of holes!

My credit score grows 58 points in 45 days!!!

Our family is planning to buy our first house next year. All of my friends tell me that a good credit score will save a lot of money by getting a better mortgage rate.

Due to bad spending budgeting and habits in the last two years, my credit score was down to 692! Improving my score became my new year resolution of 2023. As a Cheese debit card user, I trust this company for its customer support and product. So, I registered my Credit Builder account as soon as I got the email invitation. The registration process took only 3 minutes and I got the credit builder loan.

Today, I found my credit score increased by 58 points both on Equifax and TransUnion. It only took 45 days and my credit score is 750 now!!! And, I don’t even need to do anything after connecting my bank and it automatically put my monthly payment as my saving. I am sharing this with my best friends and 5 of them are Cheese happy users now!

I’ve been using Cheese credit builder for 3 or 4 months now and it worked really well so far. I wanted to build my credit because I planned to buy a car in a few months. And I learned that if my credit score get higher I could get a better interest rate for car loans. That’s why I started to look for some credit building products. I only had a credit card and totally new in credit building, I came across this Cheese credit builder and surprised to know that by using it I would be able to build up my savings at the same time. Since the second month I started to use it, I saw my credit score increase a few points each month. Happy with the result!

Increase credit without hassle

I have no loan and only 2 credit cards, so it is pretty difficult for me to increase my credit score. When my friend introduced me credit builder loan, I decided to give it a try. The signup process is super easy. I only needed to fill in some basic information and connect my bank account, then it’s approved in 1 minute! After that, I don’t need to do anything, just make sure I have enough funds in my account for them to “save”, then my credit will gradually increase! Perfect for a lazy person like me! The app design is also very cute. Overall, I love this product!

This credit builder app is by far the worse!!!!

I contacted his company for months about switching my account from my savings to my checkings!!! I sent emails and I called countless times to a number that no longer has service but it still offered by the company!!!! There's no way to make a manual payment. You have to contact the customer service to have them make it available. I figured all this out after they said I missed a payment way back in November but I'm up-to-date on all the rest of my payments before and after this point!!!!! The representatives are super unprofessional, and overall the app is just terrible and can harm your credit more than it can help!!!!!!!!! Please listen when I say this cause I've contacted these people for weeks through email and they stopped contacting me back after the representative wasn't able to tell me how my payment was missed !!!!!!!!!! Would give 0stars

So Far So Great!

Wow, so far there are a TON of benefits I didn’t even know about when I chose “Cheese”.
I simply chose it hoping for legitimacy based on a LOT of research and their customer service rep because I’ve been through quite a few of these Mobile Banks, honestly.
I need a bank that offers EVERYTHING a brick and mortar bank does in a Mobile Bank, as I’m disabled and unable to drive.
Sadly I contact customer service before opening each and every time and am told yes, only to find out later at some point they DO NOT.
They are either considered “pre-paid”, they are not accepted by Plaid Verification, I can’t do mobile check deposits or wire transfers, etc. etc.
I’m REALLY impressed so far, and as I stated, I had NO idea I’d be getting so many cash back and other crazy perks on top of it!!!

Stay away!!! Nothing but headaches here.

The bank has so much potential but the bad definitely outweighs the good for me. First of all you have Zero phone support you cannot effectively support bank issues via email. You literally never answer the phone or return calls! Secondly your deposit times for transfers is atrocious, I did a cash app instant transfer and it took 3 days!!! I thought my $ had been lost. I provided information from cash app to track down the deposit and your only customer service person (wont say her name) tells me the funds never arrived there is nothing that can be done. Wth kind of response is that to a bank customer? Look on your Facebook page people are constantly saying their $$ never deposited or their payroll was never posted. Closed my account today goodbye moldy cheese

I have tried to called with no answer, left messages never calls back I have never seen customer service that never answer . I downloaded this app it was approved , the next thing I have sent emails an I have screenshot the error message , sent proof of everything they requested told me they would fix the problem, you sent me a message saying you going to close my account for what reason it’s new , this is my first time with you all , I am very disappointed because you did not fix the problem like u said you would , so instead u closed it an did not fix the problem this is bad service I can’t even activate my new card which I receive couple of days before , if you could not fix the problem why ask me to send in all that information, that’s just wrong!!

Convenient and easy to use

I have been using this app for a while and I am still loving it! First of all,thus app is really easy to deposit and withdraw your money. I like how they also have a feature to get your direct deposit 2 days earlier! The offer page has various exclusive discounts and coupons so I give that a a thump up ! Overall, great app and could be the one of top mobile banking in the future.
