I’m confused why it won’t let me into the app because it keeps saying I have a network problem. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading but that didn’t work either.

please help, every time i open the app it just tells me i need to check my internet connection, but my internet connection is fine?? i genuinely cannot access the app what is happening.
