Every time I click on the check in button the app crashes. The UI and UX could use some Improvement
Checks all the wrong boxes
This app would be great if it worked properly. Not only that but they have major security holes, bad UX, and don’t record personal stats correctly. The only thing it WAS good for was scheduling classes but even now I can’t cancel and am even getting developer error messages which reveal their Backend models... The forgot password workflow is developed improperly and off standard, lots of UX workflows are completely unintuitive and don’t follow app best practices, and even the employees at CP have to keep telling customers that they’re sorry for the app for one reason or another. CP should hire an experienced dev to fix or overhaul this mess for everyone’s sake.
So much easier to see the group fitness class schedule on the new app excited to continue taking my favorite classes!
