Application is very laggy can’t feel the smoothness, some times not responding to user actions.
Recharge experience is very bad. 90% fails to recharge which needs a follow up with customer care that takes a day or two, holding the customer money.
Unable to register its showing “password must be wrong” that’s it it’s useless

Not able to reserve seat from starting location point.
