Chestr is a beautiful iOS app designed to help you effortlessly save products and organize your wishlists from any online store or social media. No more copy-pasting links, keeping 100 tabs open, or spamming your Photos app with product screenshots.
With Chestr, you can just tap “Share” on any product listing, click the Chestr icon, and voila! The product will be safely stored in your Chestr profile. And every the product goes on sale, we’ll send you a notification, so you can buy it at its lowest price.
Our newest update also allows you to save product screenshots into Chestr. This way, you can save all your shopping-related screenshots in a dedicated space, instead of cluttering your photos app.
You can also use Chestr to share wishlists with your family, friends, or online followers.
Chestr also has a Chrome extension, so that you can access your wishlists and save items while you’re on your computer. And, of course, everything is synchronized with your iPhone app.

This app worked until recently
I love this app normally but there are three issues:
1. Right now the scrapper isn’t working on the iPhone app. I can’t seem to save any links to my list anymore.
2. I really wish the Home Screen and default list was more editable. Seeing a dumping ground of everything I’ve ever added to a wishlist isn’t useful and incredibly chaotic. I would rather be able to select a default list or all to load, rather than having to navigate to my main list every time I open the app/website.
3. I don’t want apps who put my friend’s lists as the home page. It’s another click of navigating away from the main functionality of the app that adds to irritation.

Love it, if it would work
The app is VERY particular about what links it decides it likes and doesn’t like. Half the time I submit the link and it just vanishes immediately, never to return. Also the share button feature doesn’t work for me at all. It does not see any of my created sections, and if I submit it it never appears in the app. So I’ve been copy pasting every link into the app, which works about 60% of the time. The rest of the time the link will not be added and refuses to be added. Doesn’t matter if the same brand and store had a different item that works. Some of them simply don’t. Over the last 2 days I reached out to contact support, and every time I did the messages to them deleted like they had never been sent and I never got a reply.
This is the best layout I’ve seen for this concept and I was very excited about it. I so hope they fix it and I can use it how it’s meant to be used, or at least can reliably copy paste links and have them successfully remain on the app.
Awesome … When it Works
I love the way Chestr is set up but unfortunately it only works about half the time. Whether the Chrome extension or the “add” button in the app will actually add a product to my list is truly a toss up on any given day.
