Don’t download it

I will give it two stars, but in all honesty it’s like SHEIN only more pricy , and not as good customer service. I bought a $40 dress from here and it came in a month. Shein shipping takes WAY less time. The dress was also pretty cheap looking for the price. It looked like the picture but I couldn’t get past the material. I did return it , ship it back. The return process is pretty long and not that easy. There’s no return bottom like SHEIN has on their page. You literally have to find a customer service email and email that you would like to return your item. After you ship it back, you have to take a picture of the receipt . That process also takes about a month, but it did take me about two months because I had to remind them about my return. If I didn’t remind them of the return, I wouldn’t have gotten my money back. I’ll stick to SHEIN

DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE!

I paid $127 for 5 pairs of shoes wich was a good deal. After a month I received 4 out of 5 pairs of shoes. I wrote them and told them I never received the 5th pair, they asked me to send them a picture of the shoes I didn’t receive after they took my order history down off the website but luckily I had already screenshot a pic of it before hand, so I sent the pic they requested. They then asked me to send them pictures of the packages my other shoes came in, which I couldn’t because I had already threw the bags away. (Who’s going to keep scuffed up gray plastic bags????) so their resolution was to offer me a $5 cash coupon for the shoes I spent $32 USD on. Im deleting this app and I will never shop with this company ever again nor will I ever recommend this company to my friends or family. And I paid through Afterpay which has no protection for customers in situations like this so I can’t even dispute the charge with my bank to get the money back because if I do it will freeze up my Afterpay account and I use Afterpay in other stores. Smh I got the $hi**y end of the stick on this one🤦🏽‍♀️

100% Unsatisfactory

I order couple of dresses from this website thinking that it was going to be good or at least decent material. Absolutely nothing was worth to keep. The material and the dresses were so poorly made, everything was almost see through. The worse thing is that they don’t allow you to return something before asking them. I didn’t know that until after i have return the items back to them. Apparently, if you follow the return process on the app it doesn’t count because the address there is not the correct place to send the items. The worse thing is that i had to pay to send the items back because they don’t cover that either. At this point i was so fed up with the customer service and contacted support and they were not able to help me with anything. Now i don’t know what is going to happened with my refund. All they offer was a 30% discount on the next purchase, and I don’t even want that i just want my full refund for my purchase and the return fee.
