Child Safe Kit 4+

I honestly try to stay away from watching the news because I always just end up getting depressed at everything going wrong in the world. Not watching doesn’t mean it stops happening though, and one of the main things I’d always see are stories about missing children. I have 3 of my own and I’m very protective of them. I’ve told them about not interacting with strangers, I limit and monitor their activity on the internet, etc., but you can’t watch them 24/7. When the representative came and showed me how this app works I almost felt like it was designed for me specifically. I referred 38 family members and friends and made sure they all got it as well. This is a MUST HAVE for every parent. I even qualified for some extra benefits so that God forbid anything happens to me, I know the kids will be completely covered. I couldn’t be happier.

I can’t comment on the merits of the app specifically, but I can comment on the company as a whole. They are owned by a company called America Income Life. They sell many things, but most importantly life insurance. What you don’t know is when you sign up for the ( free child safe kit) you will then be called constantly by a sales rep for the safety kit, never once mentioning life insurance. They will then request a meeting with you at you home to set up the child safe kit, and go over what it is. For all of 10 minuets they will go over the app with you, and almost immediately switch to selling you life insurance. They will go over all kinds of information for there life insurance, for about an hour, unless you are smart and ask them to leave. This is what most would call a bait and switch tactic, and is very shady to do, especially when they are using your child’s safety to get there foot in the door quite literally. Oh also fun fact if you are thinking why this is a big deal, American Income Life has a 1.7 star rating with the better business bureau, and an overwhelming amount of bad reviews from customers, complaint about annual visits that are somewhat forced to try and get you to purchase a larger life insurance policy. Don’t get me wrong this company is not a scam and is truly legit, but they are not a company one should look to for a life insurance policy. It’s sad to see an app that could do a lot of good, be controlled by a shady corporation.

So I must admit that when I clicked the link on Facebook for a FREE Child Safe Kit, that I would get them in the mail. Then a rep from AIL called me to set up an appointment to deliver the kits and activate this app. I thought it was a scam at first, but I had this gut feeling to make the appointment. The kits and app are really FREE as advertised. I also got a discount card and a $2,000 AD&D gift certificate for a 1 year policy. The rep is a life insurance agent which is the “catch” but she was super nice and knowledgeable. She explained the different types of insurance and I didn’t know the life insurance I had through my job really worked. I did get some insurance but I didn’t have to. I’m glad I went with my gut. Now I really feel that my family really is protected between the kit, app and life insurance. I highly recommend that you set an appointment if they call you from AIL! The app is great as well!
