Sound doesn’t work

I downloaded this and was super excited but I can’t get the sound to work and I have it on two devices- none work. Strange

Thanks for your feedback and we apologize for the inconvenience. The reason the sound sometimes does not work is due to (1) the device you are using is not on the latest iOS or (2) the in-app sound is set to "mute". To "unmute" select any one of the stories. Once the story starts, move the sound slider on the bottom left and the sound should work fine (you only need to do this once). If you still have issues please submit a trouble ticket on http://www.chilloutz.com/contact and we will further investigate the issue. Again, sorry for the inconvenience and our delayed response.

Refund Please!

No sound! I tried all the recommendations that I saw from the developer but still not working. Send refund or fix, please!

A must have for teachers and parents

As an early childhood education consultant I am excited about Chill Outz app! The five stories are fun and compelling for all children 3-8 years old(even some older may like the app) and for children with special needs. I have tried the app in multiple classroom settings (daycare, kindergarten, Pre-K) and results have been nothing but astounding. Many children were able to better self-regulate their emotions after only a few times with the app. While not all children will follow along with the characters right away the mere fact that they observe the "exercises" attentively and later recall and incorporate them, speaks to the well thought out and professionally produced product. I highly recommend this app to all teachers and parents.
