I want to like this app. I really do, it has such potential but the app is not working correctly at all. I’ve uninstalled an reinstalled it twice now because I’m in an endless loop. It asks me to link my loans, I do it and try the chip away feature and it tells me I have no loans linked. So I go through the process again and the same thing happens. I’ve even tried through my browser instead of the app and the same thing happens. I’m gonna give it a couple more days to correct itself and I’m uninstalling.

I was extremely skeptical when I came across Chipper but I am so glad I gave them a try. Jessica and Chipper have been a life saver! I am so grateful for their help! I was drowning in student loans and the amount I was expected to pay a month, over $1000, was impossible. But thanks to Jessica and Chipper I was able to consolidate all of my federal loans into one and then get onto the right payment plan for me. I am so grateful! I am now enrolled into the PSLF program and am on the path to having all of my loans forgiven! That’s $94,212 forgiven!!! I can breathe again. Thank you Jessica and Chipper! I will definitely be recommending Chipper to everyone!!
I got forgiven $5,000 off my student loans!
I graduated with my Masters in reading education back in 2015. I've been making monthly payments toward my loans ever since. But it just feels like the majority of my payments are going straight toward the interest and the principal is just hanging in there waving at me! Luckily, I stumbled across Chipper!
