My first appointment !

I felt relieved after my first appointment with GI specialist Dr. Pruthi. I have been complaining of feeling choked after eating and the food felt trapped inside my diaphragm. I took Dexilant that was prescribed by former GI two weeks ago but i don’t feel any improvement yet. It’s only been more than 1 week though . My endoscopy two months ago was positive of Barrett’s esophagus intestinal metaplasia w/o dysplasia. Dr. Pruthi, after he listens and hears my concern will address to improve the discomfort I've had from difficulty swallowing. Thank you so much!

Easy Platform Lacks Features

Easy enough platform to use. Just click on the app and give yourself time to enter payment information. No way to retrieve payment receipts although you can view past video appointments. Does not allow for direct appointment scheduling like other apps but you can request a date and the provider will follow up with a proposed time. Also no way to send a message direct to provider. Chat is for technical issues only. Room for improvement. Oh and sometimes my screen will display me sideways. Not sure what the bug was there.
