It doesn't covert the bookmarks from the CHM to the PDF
This app will do a basic CHM to PDF conversion. The problem is that it doesn't covert the CHM's bookmarks to the PDF's bookmarks. Thus it doesn't do a great job.
Odd request for authentication
It's hard to figure out how to use the app, but there's an "unlock" button that seems to attempt to make some sort of in-app purchase, though no price or actual purchase info is ever displayed.

Its main function is to convert chm into PDF. Before users purchase it, there will be a price display and confirmation. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.
Broken? Or did it ever work?
Since the program had a 2020 release date, I thought I could expect it to run on Catalina. It runs, but does not actually do anything. It will sit there for ages. Oh, and you get a ZERO BYTE output file for your trouble.
This should be pulled from the Apple Store.
