It is great when I can’t get near a bank but if you forget your password you can’t reset it until you can get on the phone with someone, there should be an easier way. Like the process to reset the password should be the same because it is safe. Perhaps it could be done online.
Overall, decent app for a small bank. Functions nicely and looks good too. I only gave 3 stars for the annoyance of not being able to use my fingerprint anymore. The most recent update has left me not being able to use one of my favorite functions of my phone to sign into my account. Stuck typing in my password every time I log in. I have multiple prints stored on my phone, and because I do, it won’t allow me to use the finger print function to sign in. I can turn it back on, but as soon as I do, a pop up says if there’s multiple finger prints in my device it will reset the function. Isn’t it my decision to put myself at risk? In my opinion, this should be taken care of. If you don’t trust someone else with your bank info, they shouldn’t have a finger print stored on your phone! Can you please change this with your next update?

Don't fix things that aren't broken!
Thanks a lot for this new and not improved app. It is harder to login now as you have to type out everything that is needed for mobile banking, when before you could use a pin. In addition to your non-helpful new app screwing you out of a pin, I no longer can access my information 24/7 as you guys update or shut it down or whatever it is you do and it gives errors and session log outs or just cant connect. This is bs. I'm very saddened that I am part of this banking institution and will be going to start a new account at a new bank on Monday. I have HAD it with my cards not working, insufficient funds when there are funds and now this app. Thanks a lot. Now I get to start all over at a new bank.
