What’s New

Version 5.8.0

Thank you for using the Choir app! This is a minor release and it contains the following changes:

- (CP-2056) Previously, the last few search results were obscured by the on-screen keyboard. With this update, no results are shown behind the keyboard.

- (CP-1868) Playlists can now be sorted alphabetically ascending or descending, without modifying the playlist.

- (CP-1867) Icon buttons now have labels to make their purpose clearer. The Skip Previous, Skip Forward and View Sheet Music buttons have been moved out of the main player controls row so there is more space between buttons. On phones, the player layout now adjusts in landscape mode so less it uses less vertical screen space.

- (CP-1866) Additional actions (share, enable concert mode etc) have been moved into a three-dots menu for better feature discoverability.

- (CP-2221) The global search feature has been replaced with a search feature local to each playlist.

- (CP-2222) Play All and Shuffle shortcuts are now shown at the bottom of a playlist, or in the header bar when in landscape mode or when using the app on a tablet.

- (CP-2226) Previously, the activity bar was indicating progress indefinitely when offline and pending a change to be made. With this update, the activity bar is now grey when the device is offline.
