Absolutely wouldn’t recommend, didn’t even get my food

I downloaded this app one night simply trying to order food onto Fort Bragg. Not only were the added costs high (taking a roughly $35 order to nearly $55). But the “tracking” software used is terrible. I was told my order would take just under an hour to reach me. The driver supposedly was at the restaurant for over 20 minutes picking up a small order late at night on a Tuesday. Then, at an hour in to my order, when my food still hadn’t arrived, I tried to contact the driver/company. I’m normally a very understanding person having worked in the food industry myself and simply wanted to double check to see if there were any issues. However, the app only lets you submit written complaints and does NOT give you any means of directly contacting ANYONE (phone number, etc). So, after submitting 4-5 written “complaints” and over half an hour after my food was supposed to arrive, the app told me the order was successfully delivered (I never received food or even heard back from someone about my issue). I realized I was never getting my order and was scammed out of over $50.

To add insult to injury, I looked up the company help line via the internet, was given the number to the manager in my area, left a calm voicemail stating my issue and asking if I could be refunded. I have not heard back from this manager to this date. HIGHLY do not recommend using this app.

Took almost 3 hours and took an extra $4(would give less than1 ⭐️)

I normally am a reasonable person and even if I have a bad experience I usually let it go. I ordered my food around 5 the app took my money and I left a pre-tip with it. I called because I wanted to cancel it at 6:30 pm. (The restaurant was 3 mins from my house and at that point I was just going to drive.) they said the server/app was messing up and they’d head over right then. 7:30 comes around and the app has been saying the driver is 4 mins away for 30 mins. I call the driver she says that she messed up she didn’t know she had to place the order when she got to the restaurant so she went back to work and now she was heading back to the restaurant again. She FINALLY shows up at almost 8 pm and asks me to sign something. ITS A TIP AUTHORIZATION so I thought heck no imma be polite but I’m hitting skip. I hit skip it’s loading for a long time. I went in the house and then see that they took a $4 tip on top of the pretip I already gave. I call the driver and let her know I did not want to leave $4, gave it 30 mins so she could get back and talk to her superior. Now I’m trying to call and no one is answering. This app and service are terrible

Could be better

I love how this app allows me to get food deliverers to me on base and I have not had the problem of the delivery driver not able to get to me at all, but the most of the time the wait is way to long, the app will tell me the food will arrive in about an hour which long in itself but an hour has past by and it’s still saying the restaurant is preparing my order with very little updates I have no idea when my food is getting here, it is also annoying that there is not as many options on the menus as there usually is, other than the wait time and lack of updates this is a decent app that has helped me get my food on base and right to me without me having to meet up at the gate.

Edit: I am just now having the problem of my delivery driver seemingly going the wrong direction and staying at another barracks, I can’t tell if there is a glitch in the system, if the tracking is off, or if the delivery driver has the wrong directions but it’s very sketchy, and it has now been an hour and a half since I ordered with what I’m only guessing another half an hour it’s going to take for my food to get here since the driver drove in the wrong direction.
