Follow an incident, and watch your cameras from the Home Screen. • New: follow any incident and get an alert when CHP updates it — and one more when they clear it. Tapping an alert opens the incident it is about. • New: a Home Screen widget showing up to four of your saved traffic cameras, so you can check the road without opening the app. • The incidents list now separates what is active from what CHP no longer lists, with cleared incidents ordered by CHP's most recent activity. • Simpler premium: one CHPMap Pro subscription now unlocks every premium layer — traffic cameras, weather alerts, CMS signs, CHP radio areas, rest areas and EV chargers — instead of subscribing to each one separately. Existing subscriptions keep working exactly as before. • Fixes for cleared incidents appearing on the map, pins hidden inside clusters, and settings that did not survive a relaunch.

Privacy-friendly usage insights. • New: an optional "Share Anonymous Usage Data" setting, on by default, that tells us which map layers and features actually get used so we can improve the ones you rely on. • It records no location, nothing you view or write, and no personal information — just a random code, which feature was used, and how long a layer was on screen. Full details are in our privacy policy, linked from Settings. • You can turn it off at any time in Settings, and nothing further leaves your device. • Stability and reliability improvements.

Stability fixes. • Fixed duplicate incidents: when the app returned to the foreground, the same incident could appear two or three times in the incident list. Refreshes are now handled one at a time, so every incident shows once. • Fixed crashes and slowdowns caused by those duplicates. • Your favorited incidents are no longer cleared when the incident list refreshes. • Thanks to the users who reported this with diagnostics — it made the cause easy to find.

Fixes and improvements. • Fixed incident grouping in "All Incidents": Central Valley areas (Fresno, Merced, Stockton, Bakersfield, and more) now appear under their own dispatch center instead of being lumped under "Los Angeles." • Cleaner, more accurate section names throughout the incident list. • Thanks to the users who reported this — keep the feedback coming.
