ABOUT YOUR TRAINER:

Christa has dedicated her life to fitness after her dreams of a professional boxing career were sidelined due to herniated discs in her cervical spine. Her injury has made her highly compassionate to anyone with pre-existing injuries and conscientious about teaching proper form and technique.

Christa has appeared on Good Morning America, The Today Show, and PopSugar Fitness and was featured in magazines such as Well + Good, Vogue.com, Glamour.com, US Weekly, Women's Health, and Shape. She has multiple certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, including, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Group Personal Training Specialist, and Certified Personal Trainer. Her most outstanding achievement, though, is working out with you in your home on the B&B APP!

If you are somebody who “doesn’t like to work out,” this is for you!

I am somebody who doesn’t enjoy going to the gym and whose primary source of exercise was daily walks for most of my life. During Covid, I gained a lot of weight and was feeling very insecure and not sure what to do to help get the weight off. I stumbled upon Christa on PopSugar Fitness and have been a member of the Boxing and Bubbles community ever since. Christa is AMAZING. She’s fun, kind, empathetic, and a total boss. She knows how to kickbox and box…but these videos are so much fun to do because she also knows how to TEACH and she knows how to encourage. I’v gone from someone who didn’t know I could throw any type of punch to somebody who kickboxes 3 or 4 times a week with ease. I’m still on my fitness journey, but Christa’s programming and encouragement (even though she’s not speaking to me in these videos, of course, it feels like she is!) has given me back so much of the confidence I lost when my body started changing. I’m shocked what my body is able to do and this programming has made me feel so strong and accomplished. I can’t recommend Boxing and Bubbles enough. It truly is for everyone!

Best workouts ever!

I discovered Boxing and Bubbles a few years ago, and these are my favorite workouts ever! I tried many, but the combination of kickboxing and Christa’s energy drew me to this platform. The workouts are challenging but so much fun, with a large and weekly growing number of them in a variety of categories to choose from! My favorite category is the Knockout Squad, which uses a punching bag (though not required to do the workouts) and includes a warmup and cooldown! The app makes the experience even better! It’s so quick and easy to send the workouts to the TV and get started working out! And it’s easy to choose a workout based on level of intensity or equipment used, how much time you have to work out, etc. With the option to create your own playlist, you have so many possible combinations of warmups, workouts, and cooldowns at your fingertips. Or the weekly schedule allows you to just push play and get started. The supportive community of members is also amazing!

Life changing

I started doing the Boxing and Bubble workouts during the first COVID outbreak in 2021 and I still love them today. Even when I have “a workout rut”, I always come back to this website (and now app!). It’s affordable and there are new workouts every week, so it’s never boring. There’s also a playlist created for you already on each day of the week to group your muscle groups FOR YOU. But if you want to create your own list, that option is available as well. When I was able to do these workouts 4-5 times a week, it completely changed my body and my endurance. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Christa DiPaolo and these workouts. Christa is such a joy to watch and learn from during these workout videos. I recommend Boxing and Bubbles over any other workouts I’ve tried over many years!!!
