Love the snow effect!
I can’t wait until Christmas so decided to get some Christmas related apps for the festive season. I’ve downloaded a few different snow apps and I prefer this one as the snow is actually falling and not just a fixed image added over the top of your picture. It looks realistic too rather than cartoon style snow flakes.
It would be really awesome if you could make it so the snow actually falls on to your face and head when you are using the selfie camera, or maybe add an option for having yourself inside a snow globe for sending as a Christmas card??
Also maybe add some Christmas music to the Christmas tree countdown to Christmas haha. Great app!
AVOID: Paying DOES NOT unlock full version
I paid the .99. It would not unlock full version. Tried to restore, the restore button does not work. Closed app & reopened. Nope. Hmmm, the tech support link ALSO does not work, so I cannot even communicate this issue. It would be wise to remove your app if your “purchase for full features” is broken if you want to avoid being seen as dishonest. I hope I can get a refund. ☹️

I’m really sorry to hear this issue has happened. I will contact Apple to try and get an idea of why the transaction processed but has not unlocked your app. Did you receive an email for the in app purchase/invoice from Apple?
If you click the link to the privacy policy within the Snow FX app (unlock page) a support email address is listed at the bottom. I will also make a more visible support contact option in the contact page of the App Store.
When the app is unlocked the purchase and restore button will both disappear and (Snow FX . Unlocked . Thanks) will be shown.
Please could you try the restore button another time after a force close of the app if it is running in the background. A full restart of your device if possible may also help. If this fails could you try to delete the app and then download again, then try the restore button once again. Apple stores a digital receipt of your in app purchase and the app should find this to re-unlock the app.
If all this fails the refund process can be found under Apple support - reportaproblem.
Please let me know how you get on so we can resolve this issue.
