doesn’t open

the app won’t open? it shows the logo before crashing

So sorry you had this issue. The bug was related to a new iOS version release. The app worked on the developer version when we tested, so we were all caught off guard when the live iOS update caused a launch issue. The bug has since been fixed.

Won’t take my email to sign up

Downloaded today. And it keeps telling me to choose a different email on registration. It’s my freaking email!! I don’t have another one!! And I see no app support. So, I’m deleting it.

We are very sorry this happened to you. We're looking into the issue immediately so it doesn't happen to others (it's the first time we've heard of this happening). We will add an app support link right on the sign up screen, so we can be reached assist when people are having trouble signing up.
