Up until now, our CIG Mobile App has been limited to only personal auto policyholders. After months of hard work, we are pleased to announce that the app is now available for all personal lines policyholders (homeowners, renters, and more)!
CIG personal lines policyholders are now able to:
• View their policy details
• View account balance and make a payment
• Set up automatic payments or update existing settings
• Start their claims process
• Contact their agent
• Register and create their online profile directly in the app

Update your app! Still asks me for my thumbprint for sign in verification. Need to update to facial recognition. I also tried to submit a claim via the app...went through all the steps and answered everything and when I try to submit it tells me there was a ‘problem’ and to ‘try again’. Says this every time. Waste of time...

For the longest time I’ve been wanting to pay my bill. It seems like you’ve been updating more lately, which is not something I could say before. This app was pretty much dead for years. Thank god it seems like they have some people working on it.
I can finally enroll in automatic payments with a credit card!!!!! Now about my homeowners policy....... soon??
