Cigar Oasis My Smart Humidor 17+

I received false alerts from this app at least once per week after first set up. Eventually I just started ignoring them, which defeats the purpose of monitoring your humidor. I reported this issue many times to support but there was no concern on their part that this wasn’t working correctly. Finally cancelled my subscription and won’t be using this app again. It’s a shame as it is a good idea in concept but clearly poorly executed. Don’t buy their humidors if you are expecting this functionality to work reliably - it doesn’t.

This doesn't sound right. bmwpower doesn't appear in any support requests or systems, correspondence nor any aliases in our Smart Humidor servers. if you wish to receive assistance a formal request can be submitted at CigarOasis.com under the contact tab.

UPDATE: the issue has been resolved and in the last several days, impacted users have received several progress updates via email. Issues occur but their transparency and communication are superb. The company even extended subscriptions of the impacted users by 1 month to make up for the inconvenience. Great company and great product! I’ll be a customer for life.

App and device worked great until the new update. The app now won’t connect to the device and tells me to contact my administrator. Uninstalling/reinstalling the app and disconnecting/repairing the device to wifi have done nothing. Hoping that I’ve gotten no response to my support email (days ago) because of the holiday…will update review if I hear from support (or if I don’t).

We hope to CCCCCCCYA update. Any and all contact requests have been addressed when we were made aware of this issue on 11/29 ( because we arent notified on reviews here) Our developers have a fix in testing and release is pending app store approval. we are working as fast as we can to resolve this and apologize for any inconvenience this unexpected outage cause, Wish people used real names instead of alias names so we can address more meaningful followup but hey, thats the world we live in.

Downloaded the app. Created my account. Waited for the validation email. Nothing. Called customer support. Received an email that I would be contacted shortly. Waited 2 days. Nothing. Tried going back to the app. App said Success validation email has been resent. Nothing. Filled out a support ticket online. Received an email someone will contact you shortly. Someone called me and said it would be fixed. 2 days later. Nothing. After reading reviews I don’t know as if I even care at this point. Have a nice day.

Don’t know what happened but eventually did receive the validation email and was able to set it up.

We think the can relate the ticket you reference. As it turns out the account you're requesting Validation is reflecting as valid. not sure why you're unable to access the account but it cannot be resolved form the App Store comments section. please refer back to the support team member you were working with.
