More than an app
I bought it to delete all my Twitter likes, but I see it has many other great features. You can find inactive and fake Twitter followers; also, you can see how many verified followers and friends you have.
I love its graphics. It turns useful Twitter statistics on your tweets, followers growth, etc., into pleasant visuals. Now, I track my daily activities on Twitter everywhere with my Circle boom app. RobinRobin

Very limited
It takes several tries to get it to login. Once logged in, it only shows 50 items at a time. Or you can delete everything. Alternatively, you can download your entire Twitter archive into their web server, and use their website to pull the list of tweets to delete. You cannot unlike things by date range. If you want to do any bulk operations, you have to pay a very large amount. Their cost is $250 per year. More or less, you could do what they advertise only through their website. It means saving an archive of all of your Twitter data and sending it to someone else’s server.

Twitter allows you see & delete only the most recent 3200 tweets, and therefore, tweet.js files are required to call and delete all tweets and RTs successfully. Can’t work on large accounts
I paid for this but after a couple months of waiting for it to download database, it would never finish - but it was still usable to some degree.
Later on renewal after I paid, they said they can’t process such large accounts (due to the new API limits for X, I believe) and offered a partial refund (even though it should have been a full refund since I had just made the purchase before they told me they can’t serve me). I requested it, it was never processed and they charged me a full amount the following month as well. Had to have Amex reverse the charge and block all future charges
