It’s just OK

So many weird bugs. For example: once in a while you choose a unit to add to the contract it will pop up some random unit number (missing some digits) is on a hard hold. You click ok, and then you can complete the ticket. Also, if you do have a unit on hard hold, go to another device to remove it, the app will never let you complete your ticket with that unit number. You have to start the contract all over.
Also, if you have a unit on hard hold, the app will never tell you that it’s on a hold. Ever. Do you return the car on the app, it goes to be prepped for next rental, and you only know about the hard hold when you go to put the car on a contract. This should be an easy fix!

Good App, Could Be Better

App is pretty seamless, few issues here and there revolving around minor bugs but beyond that, it’s a handy app. The main reason I didn’t give it five stars is the login process. There is no option for Cirro to remember your credentials, meaning every time you open the app, you have to type in your information. The iPhone has a “remember password” option, but it’s a four step process that is only slightly faster. When I contacted Cirro Support to suggest a quality of life update, be more like email or social media apps the require one login after download, then never again, and they basically said the only way to access a fast login was to set up Touch ID or Face ID. My phone is too old to support Face ID, and I’ve never been able to set up Touch ID, due to health issues. So basically, anyone who doesn’t have/can’t afford a brand new phone or doesn’t have working fingers has to suffer through the old, slower login.

Printing closed agreements from the phone/tablet would be nice, as well as quicker access to “Cirro Web” from the settings screen on the app, access that doesn’t freeze or require you to login AGAIN.

Bugs

Can’t close contracts when they have multiple damage reports due to not being able to scroll down the screen completely. Every “update” doesn’t address this issue. Please fix because we like having a history report of vehicle damage instead of having to delete the older ones just to “close” the contract.
