It acts good as a media player,easy to upload and swich videos on a playlist window, plays the HD videos fluently. Surprised to find out that there is an in-app purchased convert function,just like a light video converter,which includes all the popular formats and devices, it is totally enough for normal use.
I am using this App on a 2012 Macbook pro and so far it works as intended for watching WMV lecture videos in an educational program I am in. The free version is all I need at the moment. The only Ad Pop up is asking to join premium version, not annoying as other apps.
This App allows me to scrub videos without restarting the video, as another program I used would not.

There are multiple free video players in the market, but some of them are not working and the others are full of ads and pop-ups. This player supports an impressive number of video formats and plays flurency, the most important is that there is no ads or pop-ups always to ask you to pay for an upgrade version.
I've tried this player with a large number of 8K videos, most of them are playing good, only 2 of them are not so good. To be a freeware, it is good still.
There are so many limits with QuickTime, that's why I am eager to find a replacement of QuickTime. It opens and uploads video files much easier and quicker than QuikTime, the more important is it supports a large number of videos that QuickTime does not.
If there is a video format you are not able to play it with your current player, then try it.
I thought this product would allow me to play a blu ray disc directly but i cant open the blu ray disc file with this product. It only shows Quicktime Player on the open with menu and the drag file to the player does not work. Does this product allow you to watch Blu Ray movies? Is there something you have to do for the media player to play a blu ray disc?

You can play all kinds of media files with this player, it will be easier to use it.
MKV to Mp4 always because QuickTime does not handel MKV videos, until I found this FREE video player, which saves me!
