Cise is a workout tracking app designed to be quick, effective, and easy to use in the gym.
Cise helps users create workout plans, log workouts, track progress, and stay consistent with an optimized swipe-based platform for strength training and weightlifting.
The goal of Cise is to help users along their fitness journey by making fitness the main priority, not gamification or quick dopamine. This creates a more consistent and stable experience that makes fitness less of a competition with others and more of a personal growth process.
Cise users benefit from pushing themselves into what can be called the growth zone. The growth zone is a figurative area where you challenge yourself past your comfort zone but do not over challenge yourself by entering the danger zone where the risk of injury is higher. Think of Goldilocks.
This is one of the main reasons Cise does not include community competition, rankings, or streak pressure. Comparison is the thief of joy. Consistent, meaningful progress will get users a lot further than rushing and risking injury to chase workout numbers or physique goals. Cise wants the motivating factor for working out to be intrinsic.
