So far so good. Little slow on building things, especially when you have to clear away trees and such

Nothing stands out

The game has nice graphics, however, nothing stands out to make it interesting to play and keep me around long term. Mosts of the mechanics are simply rock-paper-scissors for both combat and building construction. Which in turn doesn’t lend itself to interesting play styles or novel combat strategies. Actually, the combat itself is quite crude and boring...slightly better than tic-tac-toe.

I am most bothered by how many of the troops and buildings require premium currency without having a way to pay for them using normal collected resources. This is made worse by the fair number of specialty troops and building upgrades that can only be done using real money ($$$). So this game is a fail for anyone who is willing or wanting to do the grind of free to play games of this genre.

You barely play

I’ve been trying to finally get something done on my own but there are always pop ups telling me to do this and that, I can’t ignore them as well because it disables the other buttons when the pop ups do arrive
