I track my card purchases very closely. But if someone does rip me off, I trust Citi to have my back. This card works extremely well with Costco, very fast checkout and great savings on gas. The cash back program is also great. I got $265 back last year. Their on line user interface and mobile app are also very solid. I can easily check my charges. And I can login with Face ID very quickly and easily. Like I said, best credit card I have ever had by far! Wes Huff
Unpassable Passwords

I’m trying to use my phone to logon. I save all the passwords. I’ve even changed a different names and given them all passwords and all been saved and Citi doesn’t like any of them. I forgot password go through the whole thing. Citi doesn’t like it either they save it. It saves it but they don’t like it and then they say it’s not saved so this is only been day three so kind of frustrating. Maybe it’s my age that could be it too and I don’t like phones, but I like Citi.

We had been using Citibank Credit Cards for over 29 years. The most I like is when they protect my cards from thieves on the internet. Graciously they block my CC a wait for my reaction when I found I cannot use the CC. I get surprised by but not upset. In other case, they contact me quickly asking the security questions and letting me know why my card is blocked. Citibank CC never leave me alone in any business. Those Citibank CC are my pals! Thanks!!

I’ve been a long time customer of Citi and really appreciate the app. My favorite part of the app is the live time update when I pay my balance! Also, my purchases post quickly. I place trust in Citi knowing that my information is secure & that I’d be properly informed if my information was compromised. One last favorite feature of mine is the ease of adjusting dates in the app for when I may be out of town.
