Why does payment history always say no payments last 90 days. Thinking of switching to another bank. Please fix this
Should’ve left it the way it was
New update is horrible. Has too much going on of the wrong things. Cannot find my DDL loan account what so ever. I’d much rather be able to see that than a graph of my account balance fluctuations. Some more thought should be put into the functions and display of this app and should be updated. Never have I been more frustrated. The last thing I want to do is wait for customer service to be open so I can figure out what amount of money I have in my accounts. The old app was far more convenient and user friendly.
App won’t open
When I click on the app it just loads and doesn’t bring me to any of my account info or even to a page there I can sign in at. I’ve contacted the bank multiple times but I can not get this problem fixed.
