Utilities

When I saw my City App I was happy because I thought I could finally pay my Utility Bill on a Mobile Friendly app. Just like Chino Hills to be overly conscious about adding the utility button. As a Proud Citizen of Chino Hills, I am happy to pay my Utility Bill. I guess the appointed civic leaders did not want to taint this App with the Realities of paying bills. I suggest we add it to the very bottom of the menu.

Your location is outside limit

This is the message I get when I attempt to select location in the butterfield area of Chino Hills.

Is there a App issue link within the App?. I was unable to find it.
