The city of Elizabethtown’s interactive mobile app is designed to facilitate communications between our city and the citizens we serve. It offers an easy way for residents and visitors alike to connect with city staff, pay utility bills, and stay up-to-date on the latest news, events, public safety information, and quality of life issues.
This is an outreach effort developed to improve and increase communication, but is not intended to be used to report emergency situations. In the event of an emergency, please call 911.

Good when works
Love the app. It’s great when it works. Anytime I get a notification and click it the app starts to load and then freezes. It then takes 3-4 times of tryin to load the app to get it load properly

There are a few factors that could be the source of the issue. If you have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app and are still experiencing issues, please feel free to submit developer feedback within the app settings.
Small problem
Would be a 5 star if there was a way to remove old alerts.
