Description
The Miami Beach E-Gov app is a free, simple, real-time platform that connects you directly with the city government to resolve issues in the community in a snap.
Report concerns, track requests and provide comments. Also, read news and events, track the trolley, and use the map.
How it works:
See something that needs to be fixed or addressed?
Submit a service request and even attach a photo.
City staff receive the request and address the problem.
You receive a notification when the service request is completed.

- Bug fix for dark mode issue.
- Add address requirement per State Bill 60. When reporting Code Compliance issues, a name and address of the person who reports potential violations of codes is required.

Unfortunately they took out ‘Report a Concern’
I’ve used the app for years to report issues to the City and get results. It’s been fantastic - but now they have disabled that feature. I’m basically left with the Trolley Tracker feature. :(
This is an excellent app for residents!!!
This is an excellent app for residents to use to report concerns that need to be addressed by the city. I use it several times per week to address issues such as burnt out street lights, public garbage cans that need to be emptied, graffiti removal, broken irrigation sprinklers, abandoned bike removal, etc. This app pin points location and gives ability to attach picture. The city does a great job in completing these requests and then they send you an email to let you know the disposition of your service request. The West Avenue Neighborhood is much improved through the use of this app. Great job and Thank You!!
Cannot report a concern
You cannot "report the concern" anymore because there's nothing to pick from the drop-down menu for "request type". It will not allow you to complete the alert for something to be remedied.
I walk several miles a day and see things that need to be fixed or repaired it. It's always been done in a timely manner by the city of Miami Beach but when you cannot report and be concerned, citizens becomes very frustrating and that should be fixed immediately.
