Previously the only way to benefit from residential real estate appreciation was by owning a property. NADA has figured out a way for the average investor to benefit from real estate price appreciation without having to purchase an entire house. Purchase fractional interest in residential real estate equity. Brilliant!!

Excellent investment platform
Very informative real estate data contained on the Nada investment platform. Low $100 minimums to invest in a CityVest investment. Extremely satisfied with the investment concept, leadership, investor relations, as well as the app itself. I have found it to be a very intriguing investment platform, and look forward to their new investment offerings.

One Night In Miami
We’re heading to Miami to get a feel for the city, the culture, and to see the growth in tourism. If the trip is successful, Miami will be an amazing investment for our portfolio.
