Hello, I've booked with Citylink Bus three times now and I've really enjoyed the riding experience. The buses are clean, smell good, and the drivers are friendly. However, I've noticed that the pick-up timing tends to take longer than expected, sometimes waiting for 30-40 minutes. Is there any way to improve this aspect of the service? Drop issue
You need to monitor the location properly and drop the nearest first on the same way
Timings and Surprises
1). Unfortunately the app does not professionally provide the time of pickup and drop-off.
2). At a moment of entering the bus you should expect numbers of surprises. It’s normal that you reach your destination 2 hours late because someone just booked the same ride (you are in) and the other person will be in priority.
3). The app is a huge disaster in a way that the driver rather picking up a passenger 15KM far instead of dropping 1KM Close to the destination. And if you argue with the driver he says that he follow up with what application shows him!!
