Worst merge ever.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. There’s no reason that I should not be able to see how much money I have in my account. This merger has been horrible. None of my cards are working and I can’t see how much money is in my account nor can I use it to pay any of my bills how do they expect me to feed my children if I can’t buy them food? When I called I was assured someone would reach out to me to help me solve this, and nobody did. Now I have to wait until Monday to even get any answers? Absolutely not. Switching banks as soon as the bank opens on Monday. Horrible horrible horrible.
iPhone Good, iPad Could Definitely be Better
No problems with the iPhone app, it works just fine however, the iPad app could definitely use some improvements. Especially for those of us that use the app with a keyboard. The space does not work as intended, it brings up the chat feature.
Due to this, it’s better to use the website on iPad until this is fixed. Unfortunately, this has been going on for awhile. I deleted the app months ago but reinstalled today to see if the problem was fixed and it was not. Please fix this problem. I am happy to provide a 5 star review after this is done. I love the text chat feature but I’m unable to use it in app for iPad unless this is fixed.

App is okay, but definitely missing quality of life features LGFCU had mastered. Money in/ out isn’t color coded any more, transitions between screens aren’t smooth like before, etc, can’t nickname my accounts. Hoping for more features in the future from this app.
Transition from LGFCU was relatively smooth, being without my accounts wasn’t a big deal over the weekend because I properly planned like the bank gave us 2 months notice to do. Easy log in and prompts and back online 12 hours earlier than expected.
