支持不同建模软件构建的不同精度的BIM模型与3DGIS数据的融合；实景模型、大场景的路、桥、隧道等基础建设BIM模型高压缩比、轻量化浏览；支持隔离、隐藏、剖切、改色、批注、模型在线整合等操作；支持构件名称修改、属性名称及属性值的修改、自定义属性的增加和删除；支持通过选择或条件搜索自由创建构件集合。
构件跟踪
采用BIM+二维码/RFID技术，自定义跟踪阶段责任人、持续时间、停留时间等，手机端扫描二维码或RFID阅读器自动实时更新构件状态，实现实时监控、构件跟踪、集中管控，让所有构件行踪，随时查询，一切尽在掌握！使得项目管理更加便捷、可视、高效！
进度管理
实现施工前模拟，进行多方案在线比选；根据移动端反馈的进度信息，基于模型随时查阅进度总览，跟踪施工进度。
协同管理
所有协同数据与BIM模型关联，基于BIM模型实现PDCA循环管理，实现质量、安全、进度等问题的可视化协同管理。
